Shipping Policy

How We Ship

We promise to process and pack your orders within one business day. We ship Monday–Thursday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we find we are unable to process your order due to incomplete payment information, we may need to delay your order until we resolve any such issues.

We choose the quickest and safest way to ship your House of Hilt Skincare products to you. We also give you the option to expedite shipping should you wish to receive your order sooner.

Free Shipping Thresholds

  • Domestic (US): Free standard shipping on orders $125 and over.

Shipping Carriers & Estimated Delivery Times

  • USPS — Used for domestic (US) Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days for domestic.
  • DHL Express — Available for international orders. Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
