Optimizing your Multi-Masque experience
If your skin feels tight and dry or if you have wrinkles, fine lines and/or hyperpigmentation throughout your skin, this is the Multi-Masque experience for you! Nourish thirsty areas of your skin with your Ocean Berry Gommage and apply your Cherry Plum Peel to any dark spots or etched-in wrinkles to minimize their appearance. Apply a generous layer of Ocean Berry Gommage to your neck for added hydration and Cherry Plum Peel to your décolleté to brighten hyperpigmentation.
If you find your cheeks tend to be normal to dry and your T-zone (forehead, nose and chin) to be oilier, you likely have combination skin, which is very common. We recommend applying your Ocean Berry Gommage to your cheeks for its moisturizing benefits and your Cherry Plum Peel on your T-zone for the oil-balance benefits.
Congested skin refers to any combination of blackheads, whiteheads and active breakouts. Target congested areas of your skin with your Cherry Plum Peel allowing the aspen bark extract to "powerwash" your pores. Apply your Ocean Berry Gommage elsewhere to reduce fine lines and smooth your skin's overall texture.
Pro tip: For open, inflamed breakouts, it's best to leave them free of any form of exfoliation and allow your skin to heal. While you Multi-Masque, do apply a repairing serum, such as your Firming Peptide Serum, which contains Acetyl Tetrapeptide-40, a clinically studied ingredient known to calm irritated skin and speed your skin's natural healing process.
How often should you Multi-Masque?
Multi-Masquing is a helpful technique to keep in your skincare regimen up to twice a week in the evening, with a few days in between. Apply your masques directly after double cleansing your skin with either your Herbal Mint Cleanser or your Carrot Citrus Cleanser and removing thoroughly with a damp washcloth. After you've let your Multi-Masque sit for 3-5 minutes, rinse your skin thoroughly and apply either your Firming Peptide Serum, Amber Primrose Facial Oil, or Avocado Rosehip Moisturizer. Be sure to nourish your delicate eye area with your Illuminating Eye Creme and then it's off to bed!
